Where's the bread?
Hiya Jess!...What do you mean ...Where's the bread???
There's 5 cups of cubed stale bread in the recipe.
An old french chef once told me to read recipes at least two to three times to make sure you've got the procedure and ingredients correct.... Has saved me on many occasion... Especially when I'm baking! :)~
LOL in reader the stuff typed in white didn't show up on the white background. I was like where's the bread?? What Whiskey sauce? LOL
Sounds delish!
I once forgot about half the flour in a recipe for garlic bread in the bread machine. The house smelled wonderful, but the tiny "brick" of bread that came out of the machine was a disapointment. I'm looking forward to trying the bread pudding- with ALL the bread :)
Oooops! Didn't even think about peeps reading this in a reader....Ha!..Thanx Jess!
I changed the text color. LOL :)~
Hthrbug: Mmmmmm I love garlic wafting through the house!
Did you try making the bread again?...Sometimes some of my mistakes are the begining of a great creation!
Hope you try the recipe for the bread pudding..With all the bread.. Ha! :)~
Wow. That looks amazing!!! I meant to ask, do you have a recipe for flan??
Hey Roo
Thanx!... Yes on the side bar there is a drop down of my past recipes...You will find a recipe for Flan/creme caramel there!!!
Now that does look good!
I couldn't help that notice that Jamie Oliver is one of your favourite chefs. My partner is a good friend of his and he really is such a nice guy in real life. He is really passionate about food, and it looks like you are too. :)
I hope you don't mind me leaving a comment.
Thanx for stopping by and leaving a comment LL!
Yes, Jamie Oliver is one of my favs!... He is just so sincere in his passion for food! I got to meet him once at a book signing at our local B&N. He signed a chef coat for me too... Very sweet boy!
Come back soon! :)~
Yeah he is very sweet. :)
Because I'm a Brit I find your receipes quite hard to follow because of the quanties of the ingredients. Are c's cups?? I'm confused.
Can you tell I don't cook!! :D
Yes C's are cups... Here are some other common measurements you will find on this site...
C's = cups
lbs. = pounds
TB = Tablespoon
tsp = teaspoon
I found a link that that has conversions. Hope you find it useful!
