










Apple/Peach/Blueberry Cobbler

2 Organic Apples peeled and sliced
2 Organic Peaches peeled and sliced
1/2 c Organic blueberries
For the Crust and topping:
1/2 stick butter cut into small pieces
5-6 Stella Doro Breakfast treats
1/2 c Shredded Coconut flakes
In a food processor add the cookies and pulse to a fine grind. Then add the coconut, and butter and pulse until well mixed. Press the mixture into bottom of pan or individual dishes. Make sure you reserve enough for topping when finished.
Peel and thinly slice apples and peaches. Fan them out to make it easier to layer them in the pan. Alternating the peaches and apples. Then dot with blueberries. Sprinkle reserved topping and dot with butter. Bake at 375 for about 45 min or until golden and bubbly.
