hey, i'm a fairly recent TOFU convert (thanks to Linda) and I love it... she does a stir fry with it and we use a LOT Of peanut sauce on it. We've even gotten Sophie to eat it! Though she likes melted peanut butter on it! (just can't get enough protien in one meal, right???!)
this site is great and one of these days we'll even try out some of these great sounding recipes! :)
