KEEPER OF THE FIRE.... :)~

Have you ever tried grilling a pizza???......I've made quesedillas on the grill ...but pizza? Surprisingly it comes out real good!!!... I thought the dough would slide through the grids....but No! .....You can find raw dough in most grocery stores in the refridgerated asile....If you can't find it there, your favorite pizza joint will happily sell you some.

I won't be using measurements ....Just suggesting topping combinations that I used to make as specials at a restaurant called Spazzi, where we used a wood fired pizza oven. It was a pain in the ass keeping that oven hot all day, and through the night too... I was THE KEEPER OF THE FIRE...Thankfully I have always carried the pyro gene!...It runs in our blood on my mother's side ...LOL... :)~

On a different note........Brazil must have won their soccer game just now......There has been a non-stop parade of cars filled with loyal fans going bezerk. Beeping thier f-ing horns up and down my street for at least 45 min now!!! It's scaring the crap out of the poor dog.....


1 lb. raw pizza dough

1. Pizza sauce on bottom, grilled chicken, sundried tomato, ricotta cheese, mozzarella

2.
Pizza sauce on bottom, cooked ground veal saugage, roasted red potato slices, carameized onions, ricotta cheese, mozzarella

3.
Mozzarella on bottom, cooked canned clams drained well, pancetta or bacon, fresh red pepper, chopped garlic, parmesan cheese

4. Ricotta cheese on bottom, grilled veggies : zucchini, squash, eggplant, red onion, red and yellow peppers, asparagus, portabello mushrooms.....mozzzarella

5. Pesto on the bottom, shrimp, garlic, red onion, red pepper, parmesan and mozzarella
